Marinade lamb leg in all kind of favorable herbs and spices over night. Cook in preheated oven for 2-3 hours, start from high then lower to 200*C.

Next book will be cookbook. It needs a lot of food photos. It'll make book cost more. But without color photos will not be interesting.

To write book is hard, but translate to different language not so easy too. Especially if we want to save humor and atmosphere.
